Personality Power Profile

The Personality Power Profile is based on the teachings of Carl Jung, first shared in the 1920's. His teachings are the foundation of most personality assessment tools. The Personality Power Profile is unique in that it focuses on the styles that define how we fit in the workplace : Vision, Detail, People, & Tasks.

It is unique in that it not only identifies the dominant personality style; it also identifies the extent that other styles make up our personality. It helps explain why we may have a dominant behavior pattern, but sometimes behave in ways contrary to that pattern. It helps you understand others and communicate in ways that will improve their acceptance of your ideas and direction.
