What happens if I need to cancel my reservation?

Cancellations & Substitutions: Occasionally, try as you might, your schedule may not go as planned and you may need to cancel. We understand. You may cancel your reservation up to five business days before the workshop begins and (a) receive a refund of the tuition less a $20 service charge; or (b) substitute someone else in your place; or (c) transfer to another workshop. If you need to cancel less than five business days before the workshop, you may choose between options (b) and (c) above. If you cancel and were the first person to register from your organization, the group discount for one individual will also be deducted. However, please be aware, if you don’t cancel and fail to attend, you are still responsible for payment.
