Breaks are scheduled in every training session, so you will be able to call the office or home without interrupting the workshop. In addition, the number at the facility is printed on your confirmation, so others can contact you in case of emergency. In order for your to get the most from this workshop, we encourage you to (1) schedule to attend during a week or on a day when you will have fewer potential interruptions, (2) instruct your office staff and family to call you only if it is an emergency, (3) plan to attend the entire workshop, (4) turn off pagers and cell phones during the workshop, and (5) come focused to learn by leaving computers, files, briefcases and other forms of work in the car, at the office, at home.
